By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation/modification of the condition, which is imposed while releasing the accused on bail. 3. The accused was released on bail, as there is a delay in trial, and while releasing him on bail, considering there is a possibility of tampering the witnesses. The condition was imposed that appellant shall not enter into the jurisdiction of Wardha District except attending the proceeding before the trial Court till culmination of the trial. Yet, the trial is yet be commenced, that apprehension is still in existence. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to file an application after examination of the material witnesses. 6. Permission is granted to withdraw the application.
