Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the first respondent. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the sale deed is kept pending based on the suit that has been filed by the second respondent. 4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to register the sale deed dated 11.07.2022, if it is otherwise in order.
