Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the petitioner filed the application in the year 2021 and if the petitioner filed fresh application, the same will be considered in accordance with law. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner herein to file fresh application through e-seva as contemplated under the law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such application, the respondents are directed to examine the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of three months therefrom.
