By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent/Collector to decide the revision bearing AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Digitally signed by AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Date: 2025.01.22 17:07:02 +0530 2 Revenue Case No.202402113000006/A-03/2023-24, which is pending before the Additional Collector, by which, the petitioner is questioning the order dated 26/04/2023 passed by the Naib Tahsildar in Revenue Case No.202201114900007/A-3/2021-22. 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the revision has been filed by the petitioner in the month of February, 2024, but till date, the respondent/Collector has not passed any order in the revision filed by the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the State/respondent submits that if the revision is still pending before the Additional Collector, the same shall be considered and necessary order will be passed in accordance with law, within a period of forty five days. 4. I have heard learned counsel for both the parties. 5. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the State/respondent, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Collector/respondent to decide the revision filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of 45 days from today. 6.
