After entertaining the P.I.L. supra, yet, another P.I.L. vide W.P(PIL).No.190 of 2025 came to be filed, which was not entertained, and the following order was passed:- <Since the issues which have been raised in the present petition are already raised in WP(PIL).No.186 of 2025 which is since pending, we do not deem it absolutely necessary to entertain this petition, which is accordingly dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the

petitioner to intervene in WP(PIL).No.186 of 2025, if so advised. No
order as to costs.=
3. In the instant petition, yet again, the issues which are similar to the issues raised in W.P(PIL).No.186 of 2025 have been raised and we have no reason to entertain the present petition, which is nothing but a repetition of the issues already highlighted in W.P.(PIL).No.186 of 2025.
4. Be that as it may, we do not deem it absolutely necessary to entertain this petition, which is, accordingly, dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to intervene in W.P.(PIL).No.186 of 2025 if he so desires. No
order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
