3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home submits that the petitioners' representation dated 21.04.2025 will be considered by the concerned respondent, as per law. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined
4. to dispose off the Writ Petition at the stage of admission itself, directing the concerned respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 21.04.2025, in accordance with law and the procedure contemplated under Section 173(3) of the BNSS, 2023, preferably within period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
