For the reasons mentioned in the petition, the Order passed by the learned Single Judge in CrI.P. No.7444 of 2025, dated 24.07.2025, at paragraph No.10, directing the petitioners/accused Nos.3 and 4 to appear before the Station House Officer, Tadipatri Rural Police Station, Anantapuram District on every Saturday in between 10.00 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., till the conclusion of the Trial, is modified. The petitioners/accused Nos.3 and 4 shall now appear before the Station House Officer as and when required. Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2025 is ordered.
