1. Objections have been filed.
2. On previous date of hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that relief sought in this petition had already been granted to the petitioners and time was sought to report instructions.
3. Mr. Ranjit Singh, Jamwal, learned CGSC, submits that as per the response filed by the respondents relief has been granted. Neither counsel for the petitioners has appeared today nor any instructions have been received.
4. In view of the response filed by the officials respondents and submission of Mr. Ranjit Singh, Jamwal learned CSGC, the instant writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
5. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
