This writ petition has been filed challenging the inaction of respondents 1 to 3 for stopping the construction and installation of a Telecommunication Infrastructure Tower on the roof top of the 5th respondent house in D.No.16-5-215, Balaji Nagar, Old Guntur, Guntur, in spite of the objections raised by the petitioners on 24.06.2016, dt.27.06.2016 and in violation of G.O.Ms. No.146, dated 19.06.2015. 2. This Court, by an order dated 02.09.2016, directed the 4th respondent to maintain status quo. 3. Today, the learned counsel for the 4th respondent submits that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.15293 of 2015, dated 04.04.2025. The said submission is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners. 4. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. The petitioners are granted liberty to re-agitate their grievance before the Principal Secretary to Government, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Department, in accordance with law, if so advised.
