Heard Sri N.Chandra Sekhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that in the light of the interim orders passed by this Court the police are not interfering in the business activities of the petitioner. 4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of by making the interim order absolute. However, the police are directed not to interfere with the petitioner's business activities except in accordance with due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
