The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner for a direction upon the respondent authority to provide adequate compensation for arbitrarily demolishing the structures situated at Mouza Nawadiha, Thana No.162, Khata No.47, Plot No.1092 2 admeasuring an area of 6.70 acres, P.O & P.S. Sadar, District Hazaribagh, belonging to the petitioners on 17.01.2024. 2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant application may be disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioners to file an appropriate application before the competent Civil Court for redressal of his grievance with regard to compensation. He further submits that the core issue which led to demolition has already been decided by this Court in W.P. (C) No. 6700 of 2023. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent does not have any objection. 4. Having regard to the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the instant writ application stands disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioners to file an appropriate application before the appropriate forum for redressal of their grievance with regard to compensation.
