The present CRMP has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief: “It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this application and kindly be quashed the order dated 25.06.2018 (Annexure A/1) in Criminal Revision No.0000214/2016 passed by 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Durg, District – Durg (C.G.) and against the Criminal Case No.8134/2014 order dated 22.07.2016 (Annexure A/2) passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class Durg and the criminal proceedings against the applicant AKHILESH KUMAR DEWANGAN Digitally signed by AKHILESH KUMAR DEWANGAN 2 u/s 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code, pending before learned trial court, in the interest of justice.” 2. From the CIS report of the learned trial Court concerned which has been brought on record by the Registry of this Court regarding the disposal of Criminal Revision No.0000214/2016, it appears that the said case has already been disposed of by the concerned trial Court vide order dated 16.05.2023. 3.
