GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: 2 This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a writ order or direction more particularly writ of mandamus declaring the action of Respondent no. 2 to 4 in not registering the FIR against the Respondent no. 5 to 8 for not allowing the Petitioner to enter into the land even though they are rightful owners of the property in relation to the land in Sy. No. 405/4 an extent of Ac 2.72 cents in , Sy No. 414 an extent of Ac 0.27 cents and Sy. No. 217 an extent of Ac1.63 cents, bearing Patta No. 1456 situated at Javunipalli Village, V Kota Mandal, Chittoor is illegal, arbitrary. unconstitutional, and violative of articles 14, 21 AND 300-A and consequently pleased to direct respondent No. 2 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31-01-2025 and 28-11-2024.” 2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that on enquiry no case is made out against the unofficial respondents. 3. For ready reference, the written instructions are extracted hereunder: “The 3rd or 4th respondent humbly submit that, if the Hon’ble Court or Revenue Officials issued any orders regarding the land disputes of the petitioner, then the 3rd or 4th respondent will humbly follow the orders and assist to the revenue officials due to it is civil matters.” 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
