ORDER:- The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in including petitioner’s property admeasuring an extent of Ac.1.53 cents in Sy.No.8-1A of Nellimarla Village and Mandal, Vizianagaram District, in prohibitory list issued under Section 22-A (2) of Registration Act,
1908.

2. It is case of the petitioner that he made a representation dated 02.12.2023 to the 3'"' respondent seeking to delete the subject land from the list of prohibited properties. In furtherance thereto, the 3*^^ respondent
directed the 4*^ respondent to conduct an enquiry and submit report by letter dated 07.12.2023. In pursuance.thereof, it is stated that the 4*^ respondent submitted a detailed report to the 3'"' respondent and the same is pending consideration. It is further stated that the subject land is absolute property the petitioner and the respondents ought not to have included in the list of prohibited property. \

Though it is stated that the petitioner made representation dated 02.12.2023 to the 3*^^ respondent, seeking to delete the subject property from the prohibited properties, the 3'"^ respondent is not competent authority to take any action in the matter on the request made by the petitioner. Admittedly the 2 respondent is competent authority to initiate any action in the matter. Further, the petitioner did not make any representation to the 2'^^ respondent. In the absence of any representation to the 2^^ respondent, the relief sought for in the writ petition cannot be entertained. \ \ nd
