Mtr. of land comprised in Survey No.86/2-2 situated in Ernakulam Village, Kanayannur Taluk. The petitioner has preferred Ext.P3 application under Form 6 of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Rules (for short, 'the Rules'), for which Ext.P4 receipt has been issued to the petitioner. The writ petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to pass orders on the application. 2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that a report has been submitted by the 4th respondent Village Officer to the 2nd respondent Deputy Collector.
