2. This petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.08.2024 passed in of W.P.(C) No.4456 of 2024.
3. Mr. Siddharth Jyoti Roy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has been disposed of and the said
order was being in the knowledge of the District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum, Dhanbad, however, the forum is proceeding in the matter and in view of that this petition has been filed for modification of the said
order.
4. The writ petition was disposed of directing the petitioner to disclose

all the facts before the District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum, Dhanbad and the learned Forum was to take decision and in view of that the decision is taken and the District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum, Dhanbad is proceeding in the matter that is a fresh cause of action and for that the petitioner is required to file a fresh writ petition or any proceeding before the appropriate forum.
5. The Court finds that there is no reason for modification is made out, as such this petition is dismissed.
