ORDER: The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following relief:
“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No. 4 in issuing the endorsement dated 30.03.2024 in R.C.No.71/2024-DT contrary to the
order passed in .W.PNo.29150/2016 order dated 06.02.204 which is unreasonable, arbitrary unbridled, uncontrolled power and violation of Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of the constitution of India apart from being violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondent No. 4 to consider the application under the pattadar pass book and title deed boot act and pass such other order or orders ....”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that previously the petitioners herein filed a Writ Petition in W.P.No.29150 of 2016 declaring the inaction of the respondent authorities in including and continuation of the names of the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 therein as pattadars and possessors of the land admeasuring to an extent of Ac. 1.73 cents in Sy.No.4-1 and an extent of Ac.0.40 cents and Ac.0.60 cents in Sy.No.5-1
v of Kambhampadu Village, Pedakurapadu Mandal, Guntur District inspite of the documents stood in the name of the petitioners and evenafter receipt of the representations submitted by the petitioners herein. For which, this Hon’ble Court was pleased to pass an
order dated 06.02.2024, which reads as follows:
“In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioners to submit an appropriate application through Mee-seva portal of the Government within two (2) weeks, in which case, the 3""^ respondent shall consider the same and after affording an opportunity of hearing to all concerned, pass appropriate orders in accordance with governing law and rules expeditiously, but not later than eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of the application. No costs. While things stood thus, respondent No.4 passed an endorsement dated 30.03.2024, wherein, it is informed that the even though this Court granted liberty to the petitioners to file an appropriate application through for redressal of their grievance, the petitioners herein submitted a manual application which cannot be processed in the web

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that when the petitioners submitted their application through mee-seva, the said application was not processed and having no other option, the petitioners herein filed a manual application for ventilating their grievance. Despite orders of this Court, the respondents not considered the said application/
5. y % representation for redressal of grievance of the petitioner and the respondent authorities issued the impugned endorsement dated 30.03.2024 rejecting the claim of the petitioner on the ground that the application not submitted through Mee-Seva. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner herein filed the present writ petition. On the other hand, learned Government Pleader for Revenue
6. appearing for the respondents submits that if the respondents submits a manual application afresh, ventilating their grievance along with all the required documents proving proof of their title over the subject property, the respondents would consider the same, in accordance with law, within a reasonable time. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for
7. the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for the respondents and on perusal of the material placed on record, this Court is of the considered view that the present writ petition can be disposed of, with the following directions: The impugned endorsement dated 30.03.2024 issued by i) respondent No.4 is hereby set aside. Further, the petitioners herein are directed to submit a fresh ■i) application manually ventilating their grievance along with all the required documents, within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of
