Petitioners have approached this court with the present writ petition praying for opportunity to be considered in the selection process, that is, 1st State Level Selection Test (Upper Primary), 2016. On query being posed to the learned advocate representing the petitioners whether petitioners uploaded their testimonials in the second phase of the selection process which started from Rule 12(2) stage in 2021 in terms of the order of the Co-ordinate Bench, satisfactory reply is not received. According to the learned advocate representing the petitioners, they had uploaded their testimonials in 2016 but nothing has been shown in support of their uploading of testimonials in 2021 when concerned authority of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission initiated the selection procedure afresh as per the order of the Co-ordinate Bench. 2 In view of aforesaid situation, no relief can be granted to the petitioners. Hence, writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
