2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition though seeking the aforementioned reliefs, however, during the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking further time to vacate the government quarter allotted to the petitioner subject matter of notice dated 06.11.2025 and 19.11.2025 (Annexure P/1). 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondent No. 2 opposes the submission of counsel for the petitioner. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and also perused the documents placed on record. 5.
Taking into consideration, facts and circumstances of the case, submission of counsel for the respective parties and further considering the nature of prayer made by the counsel for petitioner that the petitioner wants to vacate the government quarter allotted to him, however, he may be granted some breathing time to make some arrangement, this writ petition is dismissed on merits. However, considering the prayer of counsel for the petitioner, he is granted 01 month time to vacate the government quarter allotted to him.
