Considering the submissions made, as can be seen from the record and charge sheet would disclose that Doctor was cited as witness to speak about the wound certificates of three witnesses who are stated as LWs-1 to 3 in the case. In the light of the specific allegations made against the petitioner, this is not a fit case for quashment at this stage.
