The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is that despite submitting an application dated 28.07.2025 seeking for mutation of their names in revenue records over the subject lands, no action has been taken so far. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has stated that as per the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, the authorities will consider the representation/Form 6-A application submitted by the petitioners and they will pass appropriate orders after giving notice to the concerned persons. 4. Considering the above submissions made by both the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the respondent authorties to consider the representation /Form 6-A application made by the petitioners on 28.07.2025 as per the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and pass
