The petitioners are aggrieved by order dated 29.06.2025 passed by the Collector, Malkangiri in SRP case No. 17 of 2019. Said case was registered under Section 15(b) of the OSS Act. It is submitted that originally the land stood recorded in the name of the petitioner, which the revisional authority has not considered in the proper perspective. 3. Learned State counsel submits that the revisional authority has taken into account the recording of the land at different stages of settlement and therefore, the dispute raised by the petitioners is purely factual. Considering the submissions and upon going through the impugned order, this Court finds that firstly, disputed question of facts being involved, the writ Court would be slow to interfere and secondly, the dispute is purely civil in nature which can be adjudicated properly by the competent civil Court. 5. The writ application is therefore, disposed of leaving it open to the petitioners to approach the concerned civil Court for redressal of their grievance including the question of title.
