PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: 2 VS,J Crl.P.No.876 of 2025 ORDER : This petition, under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, ‘BNSS’), is filed by the petitioner/accused No.3 in Crime No.204 of 2024 on the file of Gurazala Town Police Station, Palnadu District, seeking to quash the proceedings against her in the said Crime. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent-State submits that in the subject crime, after due investigation, the police have filed charge sheet before the jurisdictional Court, vide CC(SR).No.480 of 2025, on 28.01.2025. 3. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present criminal petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh case, challenging the charge sheet. 4. Permission is accorded. 5. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty sought for.
