With the consent of the parties, heard finally. 2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition on the following reliefs: “10.1. That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/s or direction in the nature of certiorari to direct the respondents authority to decide the representation within stipulated time as granted by this Hon’ble Court in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief which is deemed fit and proper in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for a direction to respondent no. 2 and 3 to decide the complaint made by the petitioner within a time frame. 4. Learned counsel for the State raised no objection in this regard. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection. 6. Looking to the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case and keeping in mind the submission made by the respective counsels, respondent no. 2 and 3 are directed to decide the complaint made by the petitioner dated 07.10.2025 strictly in accordance with law, 3 rules and regulations after giving sufficient opportunity of hearing to respondent no. 4. 7. With the aforesaid direction, the present petition is disposed of. 8. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion in respect of merits of the case.
