Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record. 3. It is seen that the petitioner made a representation for grant of police protection to the subject properties. The Police protection can be granted only to the life and limb of a person. The police protection cannot be granted to any property. If there is any dispute in respect of the property between the petitioner and the third respondent, it is only civil in nature.
