Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4. 2. This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in trying to convert the prawn tanks in an extent of Ac.1.90 cents in R.S.No.133-A of Pedapatnam village, Machilipatnam Mandal, Krishna District into house sites and distribute the same under the government scheme of <Navaratnalu – Pedalandariki Illu= programme depriving the ingress and egress to the petitioner. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 submits that the respondent authorities concerned will follow the due procedure with respect to the subject land. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to deal with the subject land, if not already used by now for the above said public purpose of housing scheme, strictly in accordance with law, if so warranted for any public purpose, by giving due opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, including the petitioner and the un-official respondents and upon verification of the records and the subject land, appropriate decision shall be taken on its own merits as expeditiously as possible. 4 HBKM,J W.P.No.8237 of 2020 5.
