The petitioner before this Court has able to point out that concerned respondent has passed two contrary orders one dated 03.11.2018, whereby appointment of petitioners were considered to be valid whereas subsequent order passed within a week thereafter i.e. on 12.11.2018, wherein appointment of petitioners considered to be de hors without taking note of earlier order. Both orders were passed by same concerned respondent. Sri Sanjay Vikram Singh, learned counsel for petitioner submits that order dated 0311.2018 was placed for the first time before this Court by way of supplementary affidavit filed on 23.08.2024, therefore at this stage has no specific instruction, however, he fairly submits that in the light of above two contrary orders, the matter may be remitted to concerned respondent. Sri Ashish Kumar Nagvanshi, learned A.C.S.C. for State has no objection if such prayer is allowed. In the aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that matter is remitted to concerned respondent to pass fresh order after taking note of above referred order dated 0311.2018 also within a very short period.
