This criminal misc. petition has been filed by the peti- tioner for quashing the FIR No. 692/2019 registered at Police Station Kunhadi, District Kota City (Raj.). However, on bare perusal of the file, it comes out that although, the petition was filed by the petitioner in the year 2019, however, even after lapse of six years, no steps have been taken to pursue the instant criminal misc. petition and till date, even notices have not been issued. In the aforesaid circumstances, where no one is present to pursue to instant criminal misc. petition and in the light of the fact that FIR was lodged way back in the year 2019, no cause of [2025:RJ-JP:43373] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-7570/2019] action survives, hence, the instant criminal misc. petition is dis- missed for non-prosecution.
