Immediately, POliCe rushed tO the Spot. On seeing police, accused fled away from the spot. Thereafter, POliCe Seized 62 sachets ID liquor (6.2 liters), WOrth about 1860/-and Seized the Same under the cover of police proceed'lngs. 4) Heard. Perusedthe record. 5) Learned counsel for the Petitioner Submits that Police foisted a false case against the petitioner herein and the petitioner is no way connected to the alleged crime. Nothing has been seized from the possession of the petjtjoner hereI'n. ln vI'evi Of the same, this court l's inclined to consl-der the prayer of petitioner for grant of antl'cipatory bal'I, however, on certain conditions. 8) AccordI'ngly, in the event of arrest of petitioner with regard to this crime, he sha" be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum to the satI'SfaCtiOn Of the arrestl-ng police officials and also on condition that the petitioner shall make himself available for l'nvestI-gatiOn as and when required and that he shall not cause any threat, inducement Or PrOmI'Se tO`the prosecutI-On Witnesses.
