1.
The petition is essentially against the Demolition Notice dated 15.04.2025 (Annexure P-4) issued by respondent No.5 under the Punjab Municipal Corporation Act, 1976 (for short ‘Act of 1976’). The petitioner has not filed any reply to the said notice.
2.
Since the petitioner has not filed any reply to the said show cause notice, it would be appropriate that reply is filed by the petitioner before the competent authority i.e. respondent No.5, which if done within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be considered and appropriate enquiry be conducted in terms of the provisions of the Act of 1976 as expeditiously as possible.
3.
The petitioner thereafter is at liberty to avail the remedy available under the law if any adverse order is passed against him.
