This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following relief(s), as under:- (a) A writ and / or an order in the nature of appropriate writ do issue directing call for the relevant records relating to the petitioner’s case for its kind perusal. (c) A writ and / or an order in the nature of appropriate writ do issue allowing the petitioner to discharge the duties as Assistant Veterinary Officer in the Veterinary Hospital, Jhalap, District Mahasamund, in its entirety, in the facts and circumstances of the case. (d) Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case. (e) Cost fo the petition may also be awarded. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that representation of the petitioner has been decided without obtaining the opinion of the department, therefore, she seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh representation before the concerned authorities. 3. State counsel has no objection with regard to the prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner. 4. Prayer is allowed. 5.
