When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in furtherance of the direction of this Court, they have entered into settlement before the Mediation Centre, Namakkal on 22.01.2026. He further submitted that the Petitioner/Accused had settled the issue with the Respondent/complainant which factum was also admitted by the learned counsel for the complainant. 3.
