1. Heard Shri Ravipal Maheshwari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ajit Singh, learned Government Advocate for the State. 2. Instant petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:- (i)That, this Honble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the impugned order dated 19.06.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by the respondent no. 3 in respect of not allowing the dues amount during suspension period, in the interest of justice. (ii)That, this Honble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to release dues amount during suspension period with interest, and also to issue direction to the respondent authorities to fix the pension after date of retirement continuously within stipulated time, in the interest of justice. (iii)Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was retired on 30/06/2024, however till date pension is not started and the authorities are also not giving rest of the amount of the suspension period, as such necessary direction may be issued. 4. Learned State counsel submits that the proceedings for grant of pension and other service benefits are going on and it is likely to be given in a very short time. 5. Accordingly, considering the submission made by the parties, specially
3 considering the submission made by the learned State counsel, the respondents are directed to give pension and other service benefits to the petitioner within a period of two months. 6.
