This writ petition has been filed for following relief:- "I. Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondent (Additional Commissioner (Judicial) Azamgarh Mandal, Azamgarh) to consider and decide the Appeal No.148/A of 2023 Computerized Case No.C202315000000040), (Rana Pratap Singh & another Vs. Sub Divisional Officer, Budhanpur, District Azamgarh & others) dated 06.01.2023, u/s 207 of U.P. Revenue Code-2006, expeditiously within stipulated period as per satisfaction of this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that appeal is pending since 2023 and he prayed that same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to respondent No.2 - Additional Commissioner (Judicial) Azamgarh Mandal, Azamgarh to consider and decide the appeal, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the opposite parties, giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
