PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Criminal Petition under Section 528 of BNSS has been filed, by the Petitioner/Accused, seeking to quash the Order dated 01.07.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2884 of 2025 in C.C.No.938 of 2020 on the file of the Court of III Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class-cum-III Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kakinada and consequently to pass orders for 2 sending Exs.P.1 and P.5 to the Hand Writing Expert along with the admitted signatures of the Petitioner. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Raju Gubbala, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, to prove the case of the Petitioner, it is essential to send Exs.P.1 and P.5 to the Hand Writing Expert for comparison with his admitted signatures. 3.
