The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and memorandum of grounds of criminal petition and the order of the High Court dated 03.07.2025 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K.V.Aditya Chowdary, Advocate for the Petitioner and Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following; ORDER: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned Assistant Pubiic Prosecutor petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed i support of the petition, the condition imposed on the petitioners herein vide orders in Crl.P.No.5858 of 2025 dated 30.07.2025 appear before the Station House Officer submits that the m to concerned, once in a week i.e., on every Saturday between 10.00 A.M., and 01.00 P.M., till filing of the charge sheet, is hereby relaxed. However, the petitioner shall make himself available to the Investigating Officer as and when required. According, the I.A.No.1 of 2025 is allowed.
