By way of the present writ petition, the petitioners have sought issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus as well as certiorari for staying the illegal and arbitrary demolition action of the respondents. 2. Served with the advance copy of the petition, Mr. Gaurav Bansal, DAG, Haryana, appears on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 and submits that the petitioners have already made representation dated 21.04.2025 (Annexure P-5) to respondent No.2, but no action has been taken thereon till date. Without commenting on merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, to look into the pending representation dated 21.04.2025 (Annexure P-5) of the petitioners and pass an appropriate reasoned order thereon, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of copy/production of this order. 5.
