Mr. Rajan Kahol, Mr. Vishal Panwar and Mr. B.C. Verma, Additional Advocates General with Mr. Ravi Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General, for the State. CrMP No. 88 of 2025 For the reasons stated in the application, same is allowed and time till 15.3.2025 is granted to the court below to conclude trial in terms of order dated 21.6.2024, passed by this Court in Cr.MP(M) No. 821 of 2024. Since petitioner is behind the bars for more than 17 months coupled with the fact that only five witnesses remain to be examined, this Court sees no impediment in directing the court below to conclude the trial within time frame given by this Court and as such, this Court hopes and trusts that in any eventuality, court below would make all out efforts to conclude the trial on or before the aforesaid date given by this Court. Fresh application for extension of time shall not be appreciated. Registry to apprise the Court below with regard to passing of the instant order, enabling it to do the needful within the stipulated time. The application is disposed of.
