In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit disclosing that the claim of the applicant has been decided by the District Social Welfare Officer, Prayagraj vide her order dated 24.1.2025 and Rs.6,000/- has been credited in the account of the applicant considering his entitlement to old age pension. The order dated 24.1.2025 has also been annexed with the affidavit. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged.
