Present civil revision has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 23.01.2024 (Annexure P-9) passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ludhiana. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the witness Ranjodh Singh has given an affidavit but he is yet to be examined. It is further submitted that the petitioners wish to raise several objections including the objection that the said Ranjodh Singh was present at the time of cross-examination of his father Malkiat Singh and other objections. It is further submitted that in the said circumstances, since the said witness is yet to be examined, the petitioners be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to raise all objections at the time when the said Ranjodh Singh appears in the witness box. It is prayed that the said objections be considered at the time of final arguments. 3. In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioners to raise all objections in accordance with law at the time when the said Ranjodh Singh appears in the witness box in case the said witness has not appeared in the witness box as yet.
