Heard Sri Dasari S.V.V.S.V.Prasad, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of dispensing the presence of the Petitioner before the trial Court on every adjournment. 4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5.
