Mr. Brij Raj Verma, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, wife of his client died by accident due to the roof collapsing. He sought for subvention amount provided in notification dated 9th June, 2021. On no action taken, his client is before Court. 2. Mr. Ambrish Shukla, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, petitioner has disclosed order dated 10th February, 2025 of co-ordinate Bench disposing of Writ-C no. 3750 of 2025 (Smt. Sheela Devi Vs. State of U.P. and 4 others). Same directions be made herein. 3. Reproduced below are two paragraphs from said order dated 10th February, 2025 (supra). "Learned Standing Counsel states that such claim of the petitioner would be dealt with, in accordance with law, expeditiously. In order to facilitate such consideration, we permit the petitioner to approach the third respondent, annexing all materials in support of her claim together with a certified copy of this order. The concerned authority shall get the facts inquired and take an appropriate decision, in terms of the policy, by passing a reasoned order within a period of four months, from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order." 4.
