Case No. 296/2024 arising out of Bishunpura P.S. Case No. 32 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 376 of the I.P.C. and under Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge- II, Nagar Untari, Garhwa. 3. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the victim who is aged about 17 and a half years. Later on, the petitioner refused to marry her. 4. It appears that the parties were in consensual physical relationship for more than two years. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Nagar Untari, Garhwa in connection with S.T.
