2 to consider the case of petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment, in accordance with law. 10.2 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the cost of the petition may be given. 2) Facts of the present case are that father of petitioner, namely, Krishna Kumar Dewangan, who was posted as Assistant Teacher under the respondent-department died in harness on 31.12.2007 and at that time, petitioner was minor and after attaining majority, he moved application for grant of compassionate appointment in the year 2015. 3) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that application moved by the petitioner was decided in the year 2016 but it was only communicated to petitioner on 3.3.2022. He further submits that liberty may be reserved in favor of petitioner to prefer a fresh petition challenging therein the said order. 4) On the other hand, learned State counsel submits that it is contented by Mr. Trivedi that order of rejection was communicated to petitioner on 3.3.2022 but till date, no steps have been taken by the petitioner. 5) Heard. 6) Taking into consideration the submission made by respective parties and further considering the fact that application moved by the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment has already been decided by the respondent authorities, this petition stands

disposed of reserving liberty in favor of petitioner to avail the remedy available under law. 7) Petitioner would be also be at liberty to raise all grounds available to him in the petition, if so preferred.
