DR,J W.P.No.33392 of 2025 an extent of Ac. 2.06 cents and in Sy.No. 172/4 to an extent of Ac. 2.94 cents situated at Pogali Village, Yerpedu Mandal, Tirupati District deleted from the Section 22 (A) (1) (a) under Ex-Service men Quota as per the directions issued by this Honble High Court in W.P.No.4297/2019 dated 16.09.2021 and consequential proceedings of the 2nd respondent implementing the orders of the Honble High Court issued in Rc.E2/1046/2023 dated 18.01.2024, inspite of the Petitioner representations dated 17.02.2024, 09.09.2024, 01.04.2025 and 21.04.2025 to the 3rd Respondent for inclusion of the name of the father of the Petitioner in online entries in 1B Column 3 and Adangals which were already existed in the Pattadar Pass Books issued by the 3rdrespondent on 18.10.2007 as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the procedure contemplated under law, without any basis and violative of Constitutional Rights guaranteed under Art.300-A of the Constitution of India, consequently direct the 3rd Respondent to update the name of the father of the Petitioner in 1 - B Column No.3 in online records by duly providing digital signature for the lands in Sy.No. 172/2 to an extent of Ac.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 3. Considering the submissions and on perusal of the documents filed along with the writ petition i.e., Form – 1B on 10.03.2025, reflects the name of the petitioner as pattadhar and the column with regard to the father/ husband is blank. 4. On perusal of the same, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders by updating the name of the father of the petitioner in the revenue records within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
