The allegation against the petitioners is that they have trespassed into the house of the de facto complainant, put him in fear and extorted 150 grams of gold and 500 grams of silver ornaments without their possession. While doing so, the petitioners, with the help of other caused injuries by fisting on the face of the de facto consent from their accused. complainant. Wound certificate is not yet received to ascertain the nature of injuries. Some more witnesses have to be examined and some more accused have to be arrested. Thus, the investigation in this case is at progressive stage.
Enlarging the petitioners at this juncture may not arise even though they have been in judicial custody for the past 37 days pursuant to their arrest on 13-07-2025. Based on the statements of the witnesses so far, the accusation is well established. Hence, the request for enlarging the petitioners at this juncture would not arise. There are no merits in the petition. 7. The criminal petition is accordingly dismissed.
