This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: <…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondents, particularly 3rd respondent, at the instance of 5th respondent in insisting petitioner to appear before his authority and yield to the terms of latter connected to civil disputes pending adjudication before the learned Court of Principle Junior Civil Judge, Kadapa in O.S.No.308 of 2020 and further insisting petitioner to vacate from his shop bearing Door No.19/646 in S.L.V.Plaza, R.K.M.Street, Kadapa City, Kadapa District, as illegal, irregular, irrational, without any authority of law and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere in any manner with petitioners life liberty and possession over his said shop and pass such other order or orders…=
2. Heard Sri N.Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent authorities are unnecessarily interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent in this matter.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that the Police are not interfering in the civil dispute between the parties.
5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the respondent authorities are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute except under due process of law. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________________________
