Mr. Mohammad Khalid, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, under challenge is show cause notice dated 25th March, 2025 issued by respondent no.2, purportedly acting on complaint made by ex-Chairman of the Child Welfare Committee (CWC), Kasganj. The complaint is false. Said respondent having acted on the complaint, issued the show cause notice without verifying from his client. He seeks interference. 2. Mr. Vikram, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, petitioner be directed to reply to the show cause notice. On examining the reply, respondent no.2 will conclude on what is to be done. 3. It appears from impugned show cause notice allegation against petitioner is that he directed a girl, complaining to be victim, to be sent to One Stop Center (Juvenile Home). Petitioner's case is, he was not noticed for verifying the facts. Purpose of issuance of the show cause notice is exactly that, for his side is to be made known to the authority. 4. Petitioner will file reply to impugned show cause notice by 26th May, 2025, as prayed for by Mr. Khan. 5. With above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
