By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent no.2 District Magistrate District Jaunpur to conduct proper enquiry in the matter after giving proper opportunity to the petitioner and decide the representation dated 05.11.2024 of the petitioner for redressal of her grievance regarding payment of family pension well within reasonable time prescribed to be deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice." 3. From the records it transpires that the representation of the petitioner with regarding to payment of family pension is pending before the respondent No. 2. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event direction is issued to the respondent No. 2 to decide the representation of petitioner within stipulated period of time. 5. In view of the above the writ petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent No. 2 to dispose of the representation of petitioner dated 05.11.2024 pending before it within a period of three months after giving opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties and by passing reasoned and speaking order.
