After a query being raised, the petitioner no. 2 Smt. Shivani Tiwari (corpus has categorically refused to go with petitioner no. 1 Sanjay Tiwari, her father and stated that she wants to live with respondent no. 4 Nitesh Kumar Maurya @ Pradeep Maurya. From the perusal of the record, it transpires that the corpus is major and wants to go with respondent no. 4 on her own free will, therefore, the Habeas Corpus Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed. The Habeas Corpus Writ Petition, is accordingly, dismissed.
